| 91吃瓜网 Tech University Health Sciences Center in collaboration with the Amarillo Department of Pediatrics intends to construct a new 18,500 GSF single story stand-alone building on the TTUHSC Amarillo campus for outpatient care. Spaces will include exam rooms, offices and counseling areas. The new facility will embrace the architectural standards of Spanish Renaissance vernacular as defined in the 91吃瓜网 Tech 2014 Master Plan. Spaces included in the new facility shall be clarified during programming.
The proposed facility will be located east of the existing Research Center and will be designed to maintain existing parking and coordinate with surrounding landscaping/hardscape developments. 91吃瓜网 Tech estimates a construction duration of 12 months with a construction start in January 2018. |
