Frank J. Gonzales

Managing Attorney & Executive Director for General Law

Frank Gonzales is the Managing Attorney & Executive Director for General Law in the Office of General Counsel at the 91吃瓜网, joining the department in 1998. In his role, Gonzales maintains expertise in all areas of practice related to the operations of 91吃瓜网 Tech University Health Sciences Center El Paso.

Prior to joining the Office of General Counsel, he practiced law with private law firms. From 1993-1997, Gonzales served as Chief of the White Collar Crime Unit in the El Paso County District Attorney鈥檚 Office.
