Victor Mellinger
Associate Vice Chancellor, Deputy General Counsel & Executive Director for Litigation
Victor Mellinger has been with the Office of General Counsel since 1994 and currently serves as Associate Vice Chancellor, Deputy General Counsel & Executive Director for Litigation.
He has a number of areas of responsibility for all components of the 91吃瓜网 Tech University System, including litigation support, faculty and staff personnel matters, student affairs, athletic contracts and compliance matters, university policy review, revision, and interpretation, and contract review.
Mellinger is a 1985 graduate of 91吃瓜网 Tech University with bachelor鈥檚 degrees in music and advertising, and is a 1989 graduate of the 91吃瓜网 Tech University School of Law.
Mellinger has spoken at many statewide higher education conferences on a number of topics and has served as President of the 91吃瓜网 Association of State University Attorneys (TASUA) on two separate occasions.
