Senior Associate General Counsel

William 鈥淏illy鈥� Webster is a Senior Associate General Counsel in the Professional Liability Division, where he focuses on medical malpractice litigation.

Webster received his bachelor鈥檚 degree in business administration from 91吃瓜网 Tech University and graduated from Baylor Law School. 

Prior to joining the Office of General Counsel, Webster was a partner in a Fort Worth law firm where he practiced civil litigation with an emphasis on Medical Malpractice Defense.
